June Events Recap

“And for the lady perhaps one craft club event?” I am so happy with all the experiences I got to share with the 100+ of you that came to an event this June. I hope to continue the crafty summer fun and host you all at more events this July.

BYO Craft Night Rescheduled

The area we normally reserve at Wild Heaven recently had their A/C disrupted and are unsure when it will be repaired. So instead of having you all in the dead of a heat wave with no A/C we opted to reschedule the event for July 15th in their Garden Room (that does have A/C).

What Everyone is Crafting

If you’re like me and using crafting & love island to escape the chaos in the real world I thought it might help to see what others are working on. I’ve personally been obsessed with all the beaded crafts.

Volunteers Needed

The Atlanta Craft Club is seeking leads (~3) to help manage the BYO Craft Night. Bring Your Own Craft Night is our most important event, because it is the basis of our community. Duties include:

• Set up (Name Tags, Signage, Stickers, etc)

• Welcoming & Greeting

• Public Speaking (Raffle & Announcements)

• Event & Venue Coordination

• Content Creation

If you’re interested please fill out this form, if you have already filled out our volunteer form, no need to do it again I have your emails. I will reach out to those interested and host a quick chat about the duties & time commitment and allow you to set up a brief interview.

Craft Club Events - July

As some of you all know we’ve been hosting a craft club event each Monday, For July I plan to bring back Trinket Tins, Junk Journaling, Mosaics, and hopefully some others! What’s something you’ve been wanting to try out?
